PAYMENT
Prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and will be billed in UK pounds sterling. If your credit card company operates in a different currency, your credit card company will convert payment into pounds sterling to your local currency at their current conversion rate.
NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT?
If the goods we supply are defective, provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving them, we will accept the return of the products and will either replace the product or repay you the purchase price, at your option. If we charged you for delivery, we will reimburse that as well or supply the replacement without any delivery charge.
If you are not satisfied with the goods - for any reason - provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving them, we will accept their return (unopened and unused) and we will credit you within 30 days of their return. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
UNABLE TO UPLOAD AN IMAGE?
If you have accidently closed your browser window after placing your PayPal ball order you will not have been directed to the image upload page of our website. If you have ordered and paid for your balls but have not been able to upload an image, please click here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please do not upload your image before you have ordered and paid for your balls.
SECURITY
All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption and handled by our secure payments partners PayPal and Nochex. We do not receive your credit card details.
Privacy Notice
We will treat any personal details you provide with care. Your details will not be sold or passed to any other commercial organisation to be used in any form of marketing or mailing activity.
